Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your carrier details and tracking number. Please check your Junk/Spam folder as well.

To provide the best service and competitive pricing, we may occasionally switch couriers. You can review estimated dispatch times on our Dispatch Timeline. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

Please note that your order may be subject to customs and import duties upon arrival in your country. FLEXIN is not responsible for any taxes or fees imposed by customs, and payment is required to release your order.

If a customer refuses to pay customs or import duties, resulting in the shipment being held or returned, FLEXIN will not be liable for any refunds or returns.
